President Barack Obama's uncle was charged with drunken driving in Framingham and is being held by immigration officials.
Onyango Obama was arrested in August 2011 after police said he ran a stop sign then almost caused a cruiser to strike his vehicle.
Police said that when asked if he wanted to make a phone call, Obama said: "I think I will call the White House."

The issue is that Onyango Obama has been ordered out of the country, but he has a driver lic and a social security card.
