For almost a month now health care has been part of the weekly address from the White House. The President discusses a key factor that has been considered in the development of the health insurance reform proposals that are being considered: the impact of reform on small business.
The White House Council of Economic Advisers released a report on the Health Care subject in conjunction with this address.
President Obama asked that small business owners and employees give their comments and questions on the report. What are your experiences with health care as somebody involved in small business, and what are your thoughts and questions on the new CEA report in light of those experiences?

These awards are part of the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, and recognize design excellence, innovation and public impact. The award was begun at the White House in 2000 as an official project of the White House Millennium Council. Earlier in the day, the Cooper-Hewitt celebrated the awards with free public programs exploring design. The programs were moderated by White House officials, and were held at museums around the Mall.

Elite Black Caucas Attack Cambridge Police In Gates Case.
Governor Patrick of Massachusetts and President Obama have both made admittedly UN educated comments on the case of Professor Gates July 16, 2009.
We are not going to make a assumption of what happened at Gates house like the president and Governor Patrick, but we do know that Police officers responded to a call from a concerned citizen. That alone warrants to officer responding the right to judgment of how to handle a call.
The point is that is doesn't matter what happened. The President of the United States made comment on a local matter and he knows the man. Obama should have just said no comment.
In Massachusetts there are many predominate back men. Bill Cosby, Duval Patrick and Professor Gates are just three of them.
These men ( Obama, Patrick and Gates) have the chance to show the world that America's choice to elect a black president was the right one. instead they engage in low class adolescent games just like the one professor gates played with the Officer who responded to a call to protect his own property. He should have been thanking the Officer for showing up so fast. Not yelling that the man is a racist for doing his job.
Exacerbating the situation by going on CNN and saying Officer Crowley is a rouge officer is simply wrong. It is clear to this writer that these three men are friends and that is influencing what they are saying publicly.
These arrests happen to all people not just those of all color. Just watch cops. Well thats ordinary citizens you say. Gates should be treated differently?. What BS. This Professor Gates just wants preferential treatment. This has nothing to do with color. It has to do with a stuck up old fart wanting special treatment.
For Governor Patrick to say that what happened to Gates is every black mans nightmare is utterly irresponsible. The guy was making a seen and followed the cop out the door. That would get anyone arrested.
For these three elite black men to gang up on the Cambridge Police is truly unbelievable. They should be setting a standard of standing up for whats right. Not there friend.
We elected Patrick and Obama because we thought they would rise above these tactics and make the world a better place. Not stand up for a friend who clearly is so arrogant he can't admit he was wrong. When a cop comes to your door he is obligated to do certain things. If that means he believes a person is combative and needs to be arrested is the Officers call and not the Presidents or the Governors.
Gates is no ordinary man. He is a elitist who lives in the most expensive parts of Massachusetts. Cambridge and Martha Vineyard. So before you take sides with this man you consider just were he comes from . he doesn't suffer from profiling. He's the pro filler of white police officers.
The Cambridge Officer has been cleared of all wrong doing. He did his job just like any cop would.
One more point. Just because a DA doesn't pursue charges against a suspect dose not mean the officer did anything wrong. It simply means they decided not to pursue it. That's all. Nothing more.
Lets hope that Professor Gates can swallow his pride and say he is sorry to this Officer.
everyone should know that this Officer Teaches Classes with a fellow black officer on the subject of police profiling.
